Benefits Manager - Latam (remote)

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the design, policy development, vendor selection, and implementation of competitive benefits programs to support regional expansion
  2. Manage and administer LATAM benefits programs including health, risk, retirement, time-off, and perks/allowance programs
  3. Work closely with internal partners to build out benefits program and time-off tracking in Workday
  4. Partner with local HR Business Partner on new group benefit plans or changes, as needed, to support business initiatives
  5. Ensure adherence to country-specific regulations and reporting requirements

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive experience managing international benefits administration, focusing on LATAM
  • Strong knowledge of benefits regulations across Latin American countries
  • Experience developing and delivering employee education programs
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions in the benefits context
  • Fluency in English required

Nice to have

  • Technology industry experience is a plus
  • Proficiency with Workday is a plus
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese highly desirable
