The Bids & Tender Pricing Lead will manage day-to-day activities within the Bids & Tenders area at the local country level, perform local tender and contract management, and support tender and contract activities throughout all phases of the procurement and contract lifecycle. This role will also act as the operational pricing point of contact, perform Access Management activities, and act as CPQ Operational Lead.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage day-to-day activities within the Bids & Tenders area at local country level.
  2. Perform local tender and contract management in accordance with applicable work instructions and processes.
  3. Support tender and contract activities throughout all phases of the procurement and contract lifecycle.
  4. Maintain close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient tender execution.
  5. Support continuous improvement of tender and contract workflows.

Skills

Required

  • Solid experience within Bids & Tenders and operational Pricing activities.
  • Hands-on experience working with pricing systems such as CPQ, Contract Manager, and/or JDE.
  • Strong understanding of pricing execution, access management, and tender-related pricing flows.
  • Ability to explain pricing tools and processes in a clear and practical manner to commercial stakeholders.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong operational discipline.
  • Fluent in English and Danish
