Bilingual Claims Specialist

This role is for a Bilingual Claims Service Specialist at GEICO. Skills

Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
  • 12 months+ of relevant customer service and/or transaction processing experience
  • Solid computer multitasking skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, and willingness to expand on these abilities
  • Ability to work comfortably and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment

Nice to have

  • An associate’s degree or higher
  • Active Adjusters insurance license
