This role is for a Bilingual Direct Sales Agent Specialist focused on selling insurance products, driving new business, and retaining customers. It involves direct sales, community outreach, and cross-selling various insurance offerings. The role is performance-driven with a base hourly rate plus uncapped incentive pay.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drives new business sales and understands customers’ needs to build rapport and trust.
  2. Drives sales and builds and retains their book of business within the market / retail location.
  3. Attracts and generates new customers and cross-sells existing customers, in support of our product offerings including but not limited to Auto, Life, Auto Club, and Roadside Assistance.
  4. Sells to walk-in customers, markets products outside of the office via marketing calls and in-person visits creating community relationships to promote continued growth and assists customers in the office.
