This role is for a Bilingual Direct Sales Agent Specialist focused on selling insurance products. The primary responsibilities include driving new business sales, understanding customer needs, building rapport and trust, and retaining a book of business. The role involves selling to walk-in customers, marketing products externally, and cross-selling existing customers. It is a performance-driven role with base hourly pay plus uncapped incentive pay.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drives new business sales and understands customers’ needs to build rapport and trust.
  2. Drives sales and builds and retains their book of business within the market / retail location.
  3. Attracts and generates new customers and cross-sells existing customers, in support of our product offerings including but not limited to Auto, Life, Auto Club, and Roadside Assistance.
  4. Sells to walk-in customers, markets products outside of the office via marketing calls and in-person visits creating community relationships to promote continued growth and assists customers in the office.
  5. Successfully closes sales of insurance and ancillary products.
