Sales Specialist role focused on growing the J&J MedTech Biosurgery portfolio within key surgical centers. Responsibilities include account planning, sales execution, market analysis, developing business plans, driving internal collaboration, and building customer relationships and advocacy. Requires proven sales success in surgical environments and knowledge of NHS & Private sector markets.

What you'd actually do

  1. Building an in depth understanding of the market dynamics within the key accounts, adapting the strategy to maximise the sales opportunities within Wound Closure.
  2. Leading the territory through the development of comprehensive business plans. Focus on highest value opportunities to grow and develop new business including taking competitor share and the adoption of new technologies whilst maintaining key customers and core business.
  3. Leading and developing accounts and being responsible for the relationship between the company and the customer, ensuring efficient alignment of all efforts to improve impact of all activities driving growth.
  4. Driving internal collaboration to maximise opportunities across J&J MedTech Surgery and the wider Johnson and Johnson Surgical family Developing key customer relationships and building advocacy for the J&J MedTech Surgery portfolio.
  5. Key to your success will be your effective stakeholder management in ensuring the right resources and support are available to effectively execute our strategies in the spine market.

Skills

Required

  • Proven track record of sales success within Wound Closure or the wider surgical environment
  • Extensive knowledge of both the NHS & Private sector markets across multidiscipline surgical areas
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Effective communicator
  • Influencing and business partnering skills
