Contributes to the communication of industry-proven best practices to the Production Equipment Repair and Manufacturing team to assist with responses to equipment breakdowns and downtime issues. Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities. Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
