Brand Campaign Operations Manager

Salesforce Salesforce · Enterprise · Mexico City, Mexico

Salesforce is seeking a Marketing Strategy and Planning Manager to manage the Brand Campaigns and Partnerships budget and performance pacing. This role will also serve as the technical resource for internal AI tooling, designing, building, and iterating on AI agents and automated workflows to streamline operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing operations or business operations, with a strong focus on budget management and AI agent building, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the overall Brand Campaigns and Partnerships budget, including tracking multi-year commitments and ensuring alignment with Finance.
  2. Own the monthly status updates and performance pacing process to ensure team targets are accurately tracked and on schedule.
  3. Provide bi-weekly executive-level updates with key dependencies, risks, and critical operational callouts to leadership.
  4. Serve as the strategic business operations focus, ensuring budgets, targets, and pacing are accurate, well-communicated, and fully aligned with both leadership and Finance partners.
  5. Design, build, and iterate on AI agents and automated workflows that streamline repetitive operational tasks, improve team efficiency, and reduce manual lift across budget tracking, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing operations, finance, analytics, or a similar business operations role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven expertise in budget management, financial tracking, and operational reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills required; demonstrated ability to handle large datasets with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrated success in driving operational processes from conception to completion, with a strong focus on measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial and operational information clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into actionable operational strategies.
  • Proactive in identifying potential risks or dependencies and developing creative solutions in a dynamic environment.
  • Hands-on experience building AI agents, custom GPTs, or LLM-powered tools using platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Agentforce, or similar.
  • Proficiency in prompt engineering, with the ability to design effective prompts for a range of operational use cases.
  • Familiarity with AI workflow and automation tools (e.g., Slack AI) to build scalable, team-facing solutions.
  • Comfortable working at the intersection of technology and operations — able to independently scope, build, and deploy lightweight AI-powered tools without deep engineering support.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with marketing campaign delivery timelines.
  • Experience working closely with Finance teams on budget forecasting and reconciliation.
  • Experience using or building AI agents within enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce Agentforce)
