Brand & Customer Manager – Cardiovascular

This role is for a Brand & Customer Manager in the Cardiovascular therapeutic area at Merck. The manager will develop and execute brand and customer strategies for cardiovascular therapies, aligning with global and regional priorities. What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and implement the local brand strategy for the cardiovascular portfolio, aligned with Global and Regional strategic direction.
  2. Adapt global and regional strategies, campaigns and materials to local market needs, ensuring compliance with internal SOPs, the ARPIM Code and applicable local regulations.
  3. Lead the design and execution of promotional and non-promotional marketing initiatives, including multichannel and omnichannel programs.
  4. Define, monitor and optimize KPIs to measure brand performance and campaign effectiveness.
  5. Own brand planning, lifecycle management and marketing budget planning.
