Brand Events Lead

Lovable Lovable · Coding AI · San Francisco, CA · Marketing

Lovable is seeking a Brand Events Lead to build and manage their owned event and experiences program from the ground up. This role focuses on brand building, community deepening, and culture creation through events, aiming to turn product love into a movement. The lead will own the event portfolio, brand experience, creative direction, and workshops, while also serving as a cross-functional connector. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in brand events or experiential marketing, a strong creative point of view, and operational excellence, preferably in a tech or SaaS company. Experience with AI is a bonus but not required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Lovable’s full owned event portfolio ranging from large user conferences to brand-defining one-time moments
  2. Design the event calendar and portfolio architecture: which formats we use, when, for whom, and why with a clear point of view on how each event reinforces Lovable’s brand and deepens community
  3. Own the end-to-end event lifecycle: concept development, production planning, vendor sourcing and management, budget ownership, creative direction, and post-event analysis
  4. Identify and architect one-time brand moments, unexpected activations, cultural collaborations, or pop-up experiences that generate earned media, social amplification, and cultural relevance
  5. Design and scale Lovable’s workshop program: hands-on, education-forward experiences that turn curious people into confident builders and confident builders into advocates
