The Brand Executive Lead at Merck supports the Business Unit by overseeing end-to-end promotional material processes, ensuring compliance, driving marketing operations excellence, and leading a team across Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei. Responsibilities include managing material lifecycles, ensuring product information accuracy, inventory management, regulatory scanning, financial support, event coordination, and team leadership.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the full lifecycle of promotional materials, including job creation, reference checks, annotations, submissions, routing for medical, legal, regulatory, and compliance reviews.
  2. Update Selected Safety Information (SSI) and Patient Medication Guides in alignment with the latest approved Prescribing Information (PI).
  3. Track and maintain inventory levels of promotional materials and Patient Medication Guides.
  4. Conduct monthly monitoring of new global regulatory indications and provide timely updates to the team.
  5. Lead and manage the Brand Executive team, ensuring smooth daily task flow and equitable workload distribution.
