This role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting automated systems and facility equipment, including PLCs and conveyors, to ensure optimal performance and reliability within an industrial setting. It involves responding to operational challenges, performing preventative maintenance, and providing technical guidance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Responds to internal customers and operational support requests.
  2. Responds to facility alarms, automation faults, and emergencies.
  3. Troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues, including PLC-controlled systems.
  4. Supports and guides maintenance mechanics in diagnosing and completing repairs.
  5. Performs preventative maintenance on automated and facility systems.
