Responsible for selling integrated communication solutions to small-to-medium businesses, developing customer relationships, and positioning the Comcast brand. This role involves creating and delivering sales presentations, generating leads through prospecting, and maintaining customer retention by ensuring a superior customer experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Assists with the creation and delivery of face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services.
  2. Generates new leads with targeted businesses through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals and partner relationships.
  3. Retains customer base by delivering on the Comcast Credo.
  4. Assists with developing sales territory, including cultivation of local business partnerships and organizational affiliations.
  5. Prepares sales and activity reports as required.
