What you'd actually do

  1. Grow the Portfolio: Proactively prospect within your assigned territory to identify new opportunities and expand our footprint through targeted upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  2. Sales Orchestration: Partner closely with Sales Leadership to develop account strategies, assist in closing complex opportunities, and provide the technical/administrative support needed to win.
  3. Full-Cycle Oversight: Own the administrative lifecycle of the sale, including contract quoting, billing accuracy, implementation, and migration support.
  4. Drive Value Realization: Empower FED customers to get the most out of our tools by leading training sessions on self-service portals, billing systems, and new feature adoption.
  5. Prospect within your assigned account base while partnering with the sales and support teams to close opportunities, assist with inquiries and provide a great customer experience.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Eligibility to pass Motor Vehicle Record check.
