What you'd actually do

  1. Lead customer interactions on accounts with or without an assigned account manager
  2. Prospect for new customers while partnering with various support and field teams to close opportunities.
  3. Support the overall account strategy with the SLED sales leadership team.
  4. New and existing customer quoting, contracting and ordering implementation, migration, and onboarding support.
  5. Drive and train online self-service via the Verizon Enterprise Center (VEC) to increase SLED customer users and adoption. Endorse self-service practices where possible.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or one or more years of work experience (Sales support, Customer Service, etc).
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Eligibility to pass Motor Vehicle Record check.
