This role is for a Business Advisor focused on SMB clients in the rentals sector, driving growth and retention through sales, customer service, and business consultation. The role involves managing existing client portfolios, identifying new opportunities, and meeting revenue and activity KPIs. It requires expertise in Zillow Rentals products, high-volume calls, CRM utilization, and consultative selling techniques.

What you'd actually do

  1. Be an expert in all Zillow Rentals Network products and services
  2. Perform a high volume of calls (approximately 40 per day) to increase participation from multifamily rental management companies
  3. Utilize Salesforce, Salesloft, and internal and third party reporting to prospect and strategize, log activity, and manage your calendar and opportunities.
  4. Clearly communicate performance expectations to clients internally and externally.
  5. Consistently meet and exceed success metrics, including revenue and retention, as well as activity based KPIS

Skills

Required

  • 1+ years of experience in inside sales doing business to business sales
  • Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales goals and other key performance metrics
  • High energy and a strong desire to achieve top results with a personable, positive “can-do” attitude via the phone and in person.
  • High degree of ownership and dedication to work quickly and accurately in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to prioritize and utilize time management
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Adaptable in your communication strategy and sales strategies in order to best serve different partners in different markets as well as grow partnerships via different strategies.
  • Proactively seeks coaching and feedback, always seeking to improve and using any misses or failures as learning opportunities
  • A passion for high-level conversations with decision-makers and influencers
  • Highly proficient in the Google suite of tools
