What you'd actually do

  1. Manage complex cross-functional executive calendars
  2. Coordinate heavy scheduling across multiple teams and stakeholders
  3. Organize meetings, including: Video conferences, Conference calls, Travel arrangements
  4. Prepare and process executive expense reports
  5. Highly trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion

  • Experience in contract review and strong reading comprehension skills to understand and distill key terms
  • TV/Digital Media industry passion if not direct knowledge
  • JD and admission to CA State Bar
