What you'd actually do

  3. Partner with functional teams and technology groups to gather requirements, analyze data impacts, and execute project plans through to completion
  4. Document and deliver comprehensive, high-quality business requirements, functional specifications, and data analysis outputs
  5. Prepare detailed test cases, expected results, and evidence to support functional and user acceptance testing

Skills

Required

  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst
  • strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • 3+ years of treasury, financial, regulatory reporting, or data analysis experience at a large financial institution
  • Experience working on large and complex data-focused initiatives across multiple functional groups in a high-demand environment
  • Practical experience using AI tools to improve analysis, documentation, presentations, productivity, and decision-making
  • Self-starter with the ability to independently manage work across initiatives, multi-task effectively, and respond quickly to changing priorities or issues
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • experience presenting to large groups

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Basel III Finalization rules and analysis for EMEA Basel III
  • Working knowledge of regulatory capital rules
  • Ability to query and analyze large datasets using SQL, Alteryx, or similar tools
  • Understanding of key data governance concepts and principles
