Business Analyst Intern, Marketing (july to December 2026)

Internship role focused on analyzing Go-to-Market data, building visualizations, and developing custom AI agents (Gemini "Gems") for data cleaning, reporting, and content analysis within the Marketing team.

What you'd actually do

  1. Analyze Cloudflare's Go-to-Market (GTM) data to identify performance trends, such as regional variations or campaign effectiveness.
  2. Develop and maintain interactive data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to present findings clearly and concisely to leadership.
  3. AI Workflow Innovation: Partner with the team to develop and refine custom Gemini "Gems" (specialized AI agents) designed to automate data cleaning, routine reporting, and regional content analysis
  4. Collaborate with team members to understand business questions and translate them into analytical problems.
  5. Support data-driven decision-making by providing timely and accurate insights into marketing performance and business operations.

Skills

Required

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
  • Prompt Engineering & AI Orchestration: Familiarity with LLMs - specifically Gemini - with a demonstrated ability to build custom "Gems" or structured prompts that automate data synthesis and content generation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Curiosity and a proactive approach to learning new tools and methodologies.
  • Available for a full-time 20-week internship, working from our Singapore office 3-5 days a week from July - December.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with SQL or Python for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Prior internship experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.
