This role is a Senior Manager of Business Architects at Allstate, focusing on product portfolio strategy, development, and execution. While the role involves collaborating with technology teams and exposure to emerging technologies like AI and advanced analytics, AI/ML is not the core craft of this position. The primary focus is on product management, business strategy, and team leadership within a large enterprise insurance company.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead a team of Business Architects and Business Architect Sr. Consultants, driving the strategic direction and development of Allstate's product portfolio.
  2. Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with business objectives and customer needs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executives, spearheading product innovation, growth, and profitability.
  4. Achieve business outcomes, enhance the value of the product portfolio, and foster the professional growth of team members through mentoring and development programs.
  5. Engage in discovery/test and learn activities to quickly validate assumptions and capability or solution direction to achieve business results.
