Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Business Data Partner Manager for their Shockwave Medical team. This fully remote role focuses on ensuring the organization can capture high-quality commercial data related to pricing, contracts, commercial activities, and marketing execution. The manager will lead a team, partner with Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing, Price & Contract, and IT, and oversee the solution lifecycle from requirements to adoption, with a focus on Salesforce.com. Key responsibilities include business partnership, requirements definition, roadmap management, delivery oversight, data quality monitoring, and people leadership.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders and IT for data intake needs across pricing, contracts, activities, marketing, and related commercial processes.
  2. Lead the end-to-end requirements process: discovery, current-state mapping, future-state definition, user stories/use cases, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
  3. Own and maintain a prioritized roadmap for data intake capabilities and enhancements, balancing value, feasibility, risk, and dependencies.
  4. Partner closely with IT product/engineering teams to guide functional design, clarify requirements, and ensure business intent is preserved through delivery.
  5. Coach and develop a high-performing team of business analysts
