 Business - Design Facilitation Lead

This role focuses on illustrating the art of the possible by creating and delivering immersive experiences and design-led explorations of the Apple platform for enterprise customers. The Design Facilitation Lead will design and execute hands-on demo experiences and design workshops to showcase Apple products, guide customers to solutions, and drive business outcomes. This involves collaborating with sales, product marketing, and other stakeholders to understand customer needs and translate them into impactful experiences. The role requires deep design expertise, a consultative mindset, and the ability to facilitate strategic discussions and demonstrations with C-suite leaders. While the role involves demonstrating emerging technologies, its core function is product enablement and customer engagement within the enterprise sales organization, not direct AI/ML development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Effectively manage and collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Business Markets, and other cross-functional stakeholders to understand customer needs and translate them into impactful, customized experiences that address specific horizontal and vertical workflows.
  2. Identify, develop, and deliver relevant hands-on experiences that resonate with diverse audiences and highlight the transformative capabilities of our products for business customers.
  3. Design and facilitate engaging design sessions that inspire new thinking and help organizations explore opportunities at the intersection of design and Apple’s emerging technology platform.
  4. Leverage deep technical acumen and a profound passion for Apple's ecosystem to design and deliver experiences that resonate with diverse audiences and highlight the transformative capabilities of our products.

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent
