What you'd actually do

  1. Support the Head of Business Development to identify, qualify and develop capture strategies for new opportunities.
  2. Lead all aspects of Business Development and Capture Management for assigned pursuits, including internal gate reviews.
  3. Work across functions to build compelling, cost-effective capture plans that maximise win probability and align with resource and financial plans.
  4. Develop business cases that justify investment and strengthen competitive positioning.
  5. Build strong collaborations with industrial partners to increase win probability on key opportunities.
