This role is for a Business Development and Partnerships Lead for Duolingo in the LATAM region, focusing on Mexico and Brazil. What you'd actually do

  1. Leverage market insights and a deep understanding of the regional partnership landscape to develop and communicate an effective LATAM partnership strategy, with a focus on Mexico and Brazil
  2. Lead our existing partnerships and pipeline in LATAM across verticals (app stores, telcos, media and entertainment, banks, public institutions, payment providers, etc.)
  3. Expand Duolingo’s partnership portfolio by sourcing new opportunities with measurable impact on key business metrics
  4. Build compelling, quantitative business cases to support strategic partnership investments
  5. Negotiate and implement partnerships across user growth, brand, and monetization
