Salesforce is seeking a Business Development Associate to join their Futureforce University Recruiting program. This early-career role focuses on sales development and operational excellence within the AI CRM space. The associate will hunt new business through outbound prospecting, leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, and maintain data integrity. The program is designed to fast-track participants into Sales Development Representative roles, emphasizing the intersection of human creativity and Agentic AI.

What you'd actually do

  1. Qualify inbound and outbound leads via phone outreach to prioritize high-potential SMB opportunities.
  2. Master the art of the hunt by identifying SMB prospects and executing personalized outreach. You’ll be supported by proven playbooks and tools, with an expectation to provide input on what’s working to help us continuously sharpen our approach.
  3. Drive organizational efficiency by maintaining Salesforce data integrity and deploying AI-powered insights to streamline workflows, improve pipeline hygiene, and scale sales productivity.
