Business Development Director

Business Development Director responsible for defining, planning, and executing growth initiatives with Docusign partners, working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams and key partners. The core objective is to build a scalable partnerships growth engine around Docusign sales and GTM priorities.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop strategy for Docusign sales plays with partners
  2. Collaborate with corporate and partner marketing to align on messaging, activations
  3. Align internal stakeholders to a shared vision, short, medium and long term goals
  4. Develop sales plays activation plan with key partners and partner ecosystems
  5. Drive awareness and enablement externally with all partners globally

Skills

Required

  • Minimum of 12 years related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of related experience with a Master’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnerships (ISV, SI, channel) or direct sales in SaaS
  • Executive level engagement and negotiation experience
