This role is for a Business Development Director focused on driving regional market expansion in North Asia by hunting new business opportunities and delivering exceptional growth for clients. The role involves prospecting and winning top cross-border brands expanding outbound from North Asia, acting as a solution seller for major exporters and emerging verticals like Social Apps and AI. It requires strong sales acumen, a drive to exceed revenue targets, and the ability to foster C-level relationships.

What you'd actually do

  1. Hunt New Outbound Clients: Proactively identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities across North Asia (Greater China, Korea and Japan).
  2. Drive Client Growth & Revenue: Deliver significant sales results and exceed revenue targets through strategic selling, pipeline management, and relentless execution.
  3. Execute Solution Selling: Deeply understand your clients' macro business goals, challenges, and KPIs to design true value-add digital advertising solutions that drive measurable business results.
  4. Build a Powerful Network: Establish and maintain a dominant presence within the North Asia export ecosystem, building deep, trusted relationships with C-level clients and key industry partners.
  5. Champion Emerging Verticals: Target and scale high-potential emerging outbound verticals, with a specific focus on cross-border Social applications and AI-driven platforms.
