Celonis is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead and coach a team of BDRs in developing pipeline generation strategies within the enterprise SaaS space. The role focuses on people leadership, coaching, and sales strategy to help the team achieve targets and transition to Account Executive positions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and coaching a team of BDRs to achieve and exceed targets
  2. Inspire and equip their team with the skills to thrive in their current roles and ultimately transition to Account Executive positions
  3. Bring proven expertise in coaching and pipeline-building strategy and a deep understanding of the enterprise saas space
  4. Enhance their prospecting skills by providing targeted coaching on research techniques, messaging personalization, and effective outreach strategies
  5. Identify and recruit top candidates to join the BDR organization

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years in the BDR / SDR function or relevant work experience
  • Demonstration of leadership in a prior role and the ability to inspire
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including high-level communication with internal and external contacts

Nice to have

  • Quota-carrying SaaS sales experience a plus
  • BA/BS degree, similar college-level education, or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrate a passion for learning new things and continuous improvement
