Business Development Manager for Bone Graft Substitutes in Orthopedics, responsible for achieving annual sales targets and acquiring new customers within the West Area of the US. This role involves leading RFP strategies, utilizing data analytics, and influencing various stakeholders to drive market share and promote the Biomaterials portfolio.

What you'd actually do

  1. Acquiring new customers, servicing existing customers, managing company assets, sales logistics, and execution of national, regional, and local initiatives.
  2. Leading and driving RFP strategy to gain market share at large GPO, IDN's and Regional Accounts.
  3. Utilize data and analytics to create strategic value for customers and acquire market share
  4. Be able to thrive in a matrixed environment, with multiple collaborators and apply influence to drive value to our customers.
  5. Ability to translate sophisticated concepts into easy-to-understand formats to increase product knowledge and understanding.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with relevant experience
