What you'd actually do

  1. Identify, develop, and close new customer opportunities across Europe within oil & gas, petrochemical, and process industries, with future focus on pharmaceuticals.
  2. Drive business development for Honeywell’s software, digital, AI, and autonomous solutions portfolio using a solution‑selling approach.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with new customers, key decision‑makers, and influencers at both technical and executive levels.
  4. Understand customer operational challenges and translate them into value‑based Honeywell software and AI solutions.
  5. Develop and execute territory and account strategies focused on pipeline generation, opportunity qualification, and revenue growth.

Skills

Required

  • Proven experience selling autonomous operations, software, or digital solutions to oil & gas, petrochemical, or process industry customers.
  • Strong background in business development with a demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and close new customer opportunities.
  • Experience with automation, process control, digitalization, or industrial software solutions.
  • Strong customer‑centric mindset with the ability to articulate complex technical value propositions clearly.
  • Practical knowledge of AI concepts and applications within industrial or operational environments.
  • Strong understanding of process chemical industries and customer operational challenges.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills across technical and executive audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams, technical experts, and leadership in a matrix organization.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Europe (up to 70%).
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • additional European languages are a strong advantage.
