Business Development Manager (marketing Services)

Visa is seeking a Business Development Manager for Marketing Services in Zurich. The role involves developing co-marketing programs with Issuers, Acquires, and Merchants using Visa's marketing assets to achieve mutually beneficial business outcomes. Responsibilities include market assessment, client engagement plan development, leading B2B and B2B2C marketing strategies, managing campaign execution, and staying updated on consumer and industry trends.

What you'd actually do

  1. Conduct market assessment and identify marketing collaboration opportunities with key partners in Switzerland
  2. Develop individual engagement plans and strategies for each key Client, aligned with Client's and Visa business objectives
  3. Develop actionable Marketing concepts, leveraging Visa's many assets and own personal expertise (including but not limited to) research and data insights, payment trends, brand and sponsorship assets, creative origination, digital marketing solutions, local and global best practices).
  4. Lead development and manage the execution of B2B and B2B2C marketing strategies and plans that differentiate our commercial offerings, communicate value to our customers and lead to successful and measurable outcomes.
  5. Ensure that planned marketing activities align with key Visa priorities and client objectives and have well defined business and marketing KPIs.
