Business Development Manager- Security & Risk / Partner Manager

ServiceNow is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow their Security & Risk portfolio through strategic partners in Central Europe. This role focuses on recruiting and activating partners, providing domain expertise, and driving pipeline growth for solutions including AI Governance and SecOps. The role requires deep security and partner development experience, with a focus on MSSPs and leveraging ServiceNow's platform, including AI-enhanced capabilities.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify, recruit, and onboard Security & Risk-specialised partners in Central, with a focus on partners with established cybersecurity practices and MSSP capabilities.
  2. Own the full partner activation lifecycle from initial prospecting and business case development through to first pipeline generation — transitioning partners to Partner Managers once they reach a defined level of commercial maturity.
  3. Serve as the S&R subject matter expert within the partner organisation, providing Partner Managers with the domain knowledge, competitive positioning, and deal strategy guidance needed to advance Security & Risk opportunities.
  4. Develop and deliver thought leadership content — including point-of-view papers, partner playbooks, and executive briefing materials — that helps partners articulate the value of ServiceNow's Security & Risk platform.
  5. Drive partner-sourced pipeline for ServiceNow Security & Risk in Central, with a focus on net-new logos and whitespace opportunities.

Skills

Required

  • Deep security domain expertise
  • Strong background in Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) landscape
  • Proven partner development skills within complex enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity environments
  • Experience in recruiting and activating partners
  • Ability to provide GTM guidance and market insight
  • Experience with regulatory developments (DORA, NIS2, AI Act)
  • Experience in designing and executing MSSP engagement models
  • Ability to develop scalable MSSP-ready delivery frameworks
  • Experience driving partner-sourced pipeline
