Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Business Development Manager for their Neurovascular team in the UK and Ireland. The role focuses on expanding market share by driving adoption of existing and new innovations, managing customer relationships, and developing business plans to achieve sales targets. This is a sales-focused role within the healthcare industry.

What you'd actually do

  1. As a Business Development Manager you are required to achieve agreed objectives and sales targets as outlined in the annual performance cycle.
  2. Interact and promote products to key customers and stakeholders in the angio suite and across hospital procurement.
  3. Build trust and manage customer relationships.
  4. Manage your territory through the development of comprehensive business plans, focusing on highest value opportunities to grow and develop new business.
  5. Gaining share and the adoption of new technologies whilst managing key customers will be critical.
