Business Development Rep - Inbound

Entry-level Inbound Business Development Representative (BDR) role focused on qualifying inbound leads, using AI and automation tools, and driving demand response for technology sales within F5's Digital Sales organization. The role involves high-volume lead qualification, meeting activity goals, utilizing prospecting tools, and partnering with marketing.

What you'd actually do

  1. Execute high volume inbound lead qualification and sales motions focused on quickly converting marketing qualified leads to sales opportunities
  2. Meet and exceed weekly activity goals (calls, emails, MQL engagement SLAs)
  3. Utilize prospecting and go-to-market tools and technology to identify and qualify efficiently and effectively customers
  4. Partner with Marketing to provide a feedback loop for continuous lead generation campaign improvement and optimization
  5. Be the first contact point for many customers and prospects and deliver a strong first impression t o set the foundation for long term customer relationships

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
