Business Development Representative

This is a Business Development Representative role at Adobe, focused on engaging with high-value prospects, understanding their business goals, and creating sales opportunities for Account Executives. What you'd actually do

  1. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), we will work together to help our prospects re-imagine their customer experiences using Adobe solutions. You’ll play a key role in building strong relationships with potential customers and creating meaningful sales opportunities for our Account Executives.
  2. We’ll rely on you to engage with high-value prospects, understand their business goals and challenges, and take a truly consultative approach to every conversation. Together, we’ll identify, qualify, and develop opportunities that add real value to our customers and create a healthy, balanced sales pipeline.
  3. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Solution Consulting, and Marketing teams as one Adobe team, running inbound and outbound activities across your territory. From researching accounts and identifying decision-makers to leading first-level qualification meetings and handing over well-qualified opportunities, you’ll be involved across the entire early sales journey.
  4. We’ll also count on you to keep our systems up to date and share feedback that helps us continuously improve how we work and grow — because we believe great ideas can come from anywhere!
