Business Development Representative

This role is for a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Webflow, an AI-native Digital Experience Platform company. The BDR will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, engaging and qualifying inbound leads, identifying new opportunities, and partnering with Account Executives to build pipeline. Responsibilities include creating a strong first impression, qualifying leads, maintaining engagement, driving pipeline through personalized outreach, collaborating with Demand Generation, logging activities in Salesforce, evaluating and improving sales processes, and becoming a product expert. The role requires prior sales experience, comfort with CRM systems, a strong drive to achieve results, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative attitude. While the company is AI-native, this specific role is in sales development and does not involve building or directly working with AI/ML models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Create a fantastic first impression for Webflow’s new customers who reach out to us to learn more about our products
  2. Qualify inbound leads, maintain active engagement with new and existing leads, identify new opportunities and engage potential clients Work directly with Account Executives to drive pipeline through personalized outreach
  3. Collaborate with Demand Generation to drive continuous improvement in lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generation
  4. Help create a database of CRM intelligence by consistently logging activities and keeping information up to date in Salesforce
  5. Continuously evaluate and improve our sales processes with an emphasis towards building to scale
