Business Development Representative (SDR) to support pipeline growth in the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa (META) region. The role focuses on identifying qualified leads, creating engagement, and setting the stage for long-term client partnerships. Responsibilities include targeted outreach, lead qualification, CRM maintenance, and collaboration with marketing.

What you'd actually do

  1. Conduct targeted outreach via phone, email, and social channels to identify and engage qualified prospects
  2. Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria and hand off to Account Executives
  3. Maintain accurate and timely records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  4. Collaborate with marketing to support regional campaigns and events
  5. Stay informed about industry trends, regional market dynamics, and competitive positioning

Skills

Required

  • 1–2 years of sales or business development experience in the B2B tech or SaaS industry
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, Turkish is a plus
  • Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills
  • Familiarity with the META region’s business culture and sales practices
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and resilient attitude
