Business Development Representative

This is a Business Development Representative role at Airtable, a no-code app platform. The role focuses on generating qualified pipeline, identifying new opportunities, and expanding the company's footprint. Responsibilities include qualifying prospects, responding to inbound leads, partnering with Account Executives, conducting account research, executing cold outreach, and testing new outbound strategies. The ideal candidate has sales experience, a track record of success in a metric-driven environment, strong communication skills, and experience creating and measuring outbound messaging.

What you'd actually do

  1. Qualify prospects through calls and emails to generate sales-ready meetings for Account Executives.
  2. Respond to inbound leads and provide feedback to marketing on campaign effectiveness.
  3. Partner with Account Executives on territory planning, prioritization, and outreach strategies.
  4. Complete account research, create lead lists of our target personas, and execute cold outreach.
  5. Work with marketing on event outreach, webinar registrations, and other campaigns.

Skills
