Business Development Representative

This is a Business Development Representative role supporting Adobe's Customer Experience Orchestration team. What you'd actually do

  1. Generate sales pipeline through outbound prospecting via phone, email, and other communication channels
  2. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual pipeline generation targets to support territory revenue goals and pipeline linearity
  3. Build awareness within target accounts through ongoing email campaigns and drive attendance to live events and online webinars
  4. Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, generate interest, and develop opportunities for Adobe’s Customer Experience Orchestration products
  5. Confidently handle and overcome prospect objections

Skills

Required

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable inside sales goals in a metrics-driven sales environment
  • Experience accurately managing lead and account data in a CRM system
  • Prior experience with cold calling and outbound lead generation
  • Strong phone presence with excellent listening, writing, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with modern sales prospecting tools and techniques
  • High level of motivation driven by both individual and team success
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability and flexibility within a growing and evolving sales organization
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to support marketing events or tradeshows
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
