Business Development Representative

Salesforce is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting and account research. This role is part of the Sales Organization and focuses on identifying key decision makers and nurturing early-stage opportunities. The role requires fluency in Korean and English, strong communication, time management, and organizational skills, with a clear goal for a sales career path.

What you'd actually do

  1. Generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities
  2. Manage inbound leads that are driven by outbound effort
  3. Nurture early-stage opportunities
  4. Gain interest through outbound cold calling across a set of existing Salesforce customers and breaking into net new logos in assigned territory
  5. Align with internal sales account team

Skills

Required

  • Fluency in Korean and English language skill
  • Good business communication skill

Nice to have

  • 3+ years experience in B2B business development, sales or related field experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience researching, account planning, prospecting, and cold calling into a large list of accounts that are a hybrid of net-new and existing install
  • CRM Experience
  • Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistent achievement of year-over-year quota attainment
