This role is not AI-related as it is a Business Development Representative position focused on sales and customer outreach for Autodesk Construction Solutions. The core responsibilities involve identifying potential customers, conducting discovery sessions, and scheduling meetings for the sales team, rather than building or shipping AI/ML models or systems.

What you'd actually do

  1. Help ACS achieve its growth goals across the ASEAN region
  2. Work with the sales team to identify top-priority accounts
  3. Research and identify potential customers for ACS
  4. Build a high volume of inbound and outbound prospecting calls to potential ACS clients
  5. Conduct discovery sessions to learn about the businesses of each prospect you speak to

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or similar roles
  • Experience in an outbound or cold-calling sales environment
  • Experience with technology, SaaS, and the construction space
  • Customer-focused and a team player
  • Looking to build a career in sales
  • English, Chinese and Bahasa

Nice to have

  • Construction industry knowledge or experience in SaaS sales is considered an asset
