Business Development Representative

This role is a Business Development Representative focused on software sales within the Commercial/Enterprise market segment. The primary responsibilities include identifying, uncovering, and qualifying sales opportunities to build pipeline for the sales team. While AI may be used in the application screening process, the role itself is not AI-related.

What you'd actually do

  1. Engage with prospects and clients to understand business and organisation challenges and pain points
  2. Generate high-value sales pipeline through both strategic and targeted prospecting into Commercial/Enterprise accounts
  3. Collaborate with the Sales team to develop a list of target prospects
  4. Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects & provide top class customer experience

Skills

Required

  • Business Development experience within the Commercial/Enterprise segment
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales related environment
  • Competitive mindset

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
  • Native Chinese language capabilities (Mandarin and/or Cantonese)
