Business Development Representative (BDR) for Unity's Industry Accounts team, focusing on building outreach strategies, identifying new logos, and booking discovery meetings in untapped territories. This role involves multi-channel prospecting, account research, messaging A/B testing, and qualifying inbound leads, with a clear path into sales or partnerships. Requires native German proficiency.

What you'd actually do

  1. Prospect across large, raw territories; implement multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, events); book discovery meetings across mid size to large enterprise companies.
  2. Research target accounts and key decision makers; build campaigns; write, A/B test, and refine messaging.
  3. Qualify inbound leads and route high-intent prospects to Account Executives /Account Managers team; maintain clean records in Salesforce and Outreach.
  4. Partner with Account Executives and Marketing to implement territory plans, support events, and follow up promptly.
  5. Track important activity (meetings booked, conversion rates) and use insights to continuously improve results.

Skills

Required

  • Ability to hunt and identify new key contacts at target accounts
  • Comfort with outbound prospecting and rejection
  • Highly organized with attention to detail, curious, and motivated to grow professionally
  • Ability to commute to our Brighton office once a month with some limited travel to internal and external events
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in German to effectively manage stakeholder relationships across our European markets
