1Password is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate sales pipeline through multi-channel prospecting. The role involves partnering with sales teams to drive outbound sales efforts, identify customer challenges, and achieve sales targets. What you'd actually do

  1. generate sales pipeline through multi-channel prospecting including emails, cold calling, video, and social outreach.
  2. identify business initiatives and challenges faced by prospective customers, along with the key decision makers who are affected.
  3. Collaborating closely with multiple Account Executive/Managers, you will strategically prospect into new accounts, leveraging their unique roles and strengths to achieve shared goals.
  4. You will deepen your understanding of our product, its use cases, and any company initiatives through our onboarding program and Learning Management System.
  5. You will leverage an industry-leading software stack in your outbound prospecting, including Salesforce, Outreach, 6sense, Zoominfo and Linkedin Sales Navigator.
