Business Development Representative, Commercial/enterprise (dach)

This is a Business Development Representative role focused on driving growth in the Commercial & Enterprise sector for 1Password, a cybersecurity company that provides an enterprise password manager and Unified Access Management. The role involves generating strategic outbound opportunities and engaging with inbound leads, acting as the initial point of contact for potential customers. What you'd actually do

  1. Focus primarily on generating and qualifying outbound leads, while also handling inbound inquiries through phone, email, social media, and video.
  2. Proactively prospect into new accounts, identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential business opportunities in new and existing Commercial/Enterprise accounts by conducting initial conversations and following up with decision-makers.
  3. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Account Executives and others to leverage their insights and expertise to achieve shared goals.
  4. Build and improve your skills in pipeline generation, crucial for your career progression within sales.
  5. Deepen your understanding of our product, its use cases, and any company initiatives through our onboarding programme and Learning Management System. You'll also leverage resources to help you master our tech stack and understand customer challenges. You'll have ongoing support from managers through one-on-one coaching throughout.
