Business Development Representative for OpenAI's Enterprise Go-To-Market organization, focusing on helping large companies adopt and scale the AI platform. What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with Account Directors on account strategy, multi-threading, and deal progression
  2. Design and execute targeted outbound strategies using industry context, stakeholder mapping, and product signal to break into priority accounts
  3. Lead high-quality discovery to uncover business priorities, map stakeholders, and assess enterprise readiness
  4. Contribute to pipeline reviews by sharing outbound activity, account insights, and early competitive signals.
  5. Build and iterate on AI-enabled GTM workflows (GPTs/agents) to scale prospecting and qualification
