Business Development Representative for OpenAI's Enterprise Go-To-Market organization, focusing on helping large companies adopt and scale AI platforms, including ChatGPT Enterprise and APIs. The role involves identifying and shaping enterprise opportunities, partnering with Account Directors, executing outbound strategies, and leading discovery to uncover business priorities. It's positioned as a launchpad for future sellers with significant exposure to enterprise sales, product, and customer strategy.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with Account Directors on account strategy, multi-threading, and deal progression
  2. Design and execute targeted outbound strategies using industry context, stakeholder mapping, and product signal to break into priority accounts
  3. Lead high-quality discovery to uncover business priorities, map stakeholders, and assess enterprise readiness
  4. Contribute to pipeline reviews by sharing outbound activity, account insights, and early competitive signals.
  5. Build and iterate on AI-enabled GTM workflows (GPTs/agents) to scale prospecting and qualification
