Business Development Representative - Emea (german Speaking)

This role is a launchpad for future sellers at OpenAI, focusing on identifying, shaping, and advancing complex enterprise opportunities by turning product usage, pilots, and inbound demand into qualified opportunities for the Large Enterprise and Strategic Accounts teams. It involves developing skills in discovery, stakeholder mapping, deal shaping, and executive communication within the context of AI platform adoption by large companies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with Account Directors on account strategy, multi-threading, and deal progression
  2. Design and execute targeted outbound strategies using industry context, stakeholder mapping, and product signal to break into priority accounts
  3. Lead high-quality discovery to uncover business priorities, map stakeholders, and assess enterprise readiness
  4. Contribute to pipeline reviews by sharing outbound activity, account insights, and early competitive signals.
  5. Build and iterate on AI-enabled GTM workflows (GPTs/agents) to scale prospecting and qualification
