What you'd actually do

  1. Contact potential enterprise customers every day through phone calls, email, and social outreach
  2. Qualify sales opportunities using structured frameworks such as MEDDPICC or similar, and schedule meetings for Account Executives
  3. Own monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads (SQLs) and pipeline generation
  4. Find growth opportunities within existing enterprise accounts
  5. Respond to and qualify inbound inquiries from potential enterprise customers

Skills

Required

  • 3 or more years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS, with a strong focus on outbound prospecting
  • A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong written and spoken Japanese communication skills
  • Experience working with senior enterprise stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • A curious and coachable approach
  • Comfortable using data to shape your outreach and improve results
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your own territory with confidence
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change
