Enterprise Business Development Representative role focused on outbound calling, lead qualification, and working with Account Executives, Marketing, and Partner teams to build opportunities in key target accounts. Requires experience in outbound sales to large enterprises and strong communication skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Outbound into Enterprise Accounts.
  2. Qualify inbound leads to generate quality meetings with all levels of employees.
  3. Build account plans with your Account Executive.
  4. Organize, log activity, and categorize sales lead information into our CRM, as well as utilize other prospecting tools.
  5. Be able to articulate and sell Fivetran’s value to prospects and how we can support their business goals.

Skills

Required

  • Experience outbounding into large enterprise businesses, with a track record of high performance.
  • Confident qualifying inbound/outbound leads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly curious and interested in solving our customer's problems.
  • Able to convey technical principles in a way that is easy to understand.
  • Comfortable with daily, weekly and monthly calls, email and meeting targets.
  • Intrinsically motivated person with a 'get stuck in' attitude.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus!
